We receive a high volume of donation requests from many deserving organizations. Rather than handling one-off donations, we’ve moved to a more structured fundraising model that allows us to support more groups in a consistent and meaningful way. While we will do our best to support long-standing partners, we’re unable to respond individually to all donation inquiries. We would love to support your organization through our fundraising programs, which often generate more impact than a single donation.

Year-Round FR Program
Ordering eight or less boxes for your fundraiser? Visit any Malley's location during store hours for convenient pick up and payment. For orders larger than eight boxes, orders are placed through our Fundraising team using our fundraising form. Pick-up is coordinated weekly at any of our 18 store locations and store locations receive delivery once per week, so order placement deadlines are based on the store's delivery day. Orders of 100 boxes or more are eligible for free local delivery.

Seasonal FR Programs
All delivery dates are first come, first serve depending on timing of the program. Free local delivery is available for orders over $1,000 and orders under $1,000 are able to be picked up at a local Malley's store.

Year-Round FR Program
Payment for the bars is required at time of pick up from one of our stores.
For schools that require a purchase order, we extend Net 30 credit terms and ask for a PO number at time of order and prior to pick up. An invoice will be sent after the pickup is made and payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.

Seasonal FR Programs
Groups will collect money with orders that are conducted through utilizing paper forms while sales conducted online through the group website portals will be collected for the group. Payment of fundraising revenue will be distributed to groups by checks once the fundraising orders have been distributed and with difference of any owed money from paper form transactions.

Schools, sports teams and athletic departments, band and orchestra, churches, dance groups, 4H groups, animal welfare, non-profits, and personal fundraising activities. Groups raise funds for many reasons including general funds, playground equipment, athletic equipment, travel costs, fees, endowments, and more.
