CHOC is short for chocolate. More specifically, Malley’s Chocolate—Northeast Ohio’s favorite chocolate.

After years of distributing CHOC bumper stickers, we wanted to take our CHOC Club to the next level. That’s why we’ve decided to use the name for our new loyalty program. Don’t worry, our bumper stickers aren’t going anywhere.

Now you can join our CHOC Club in-store loyalty program. Every purchase gets you closer to a discount on your favorite Malley’s confections.

How do I make sure that I got my loyalty points?

You can check your account activity and point status at any time online.

Can I use my loyalty rewards on an online purchase?

No, currently earning CHOC Club loyalty points and redeeming CHOC Club loyalty rewards is only available in Malley’s retail stores. You cannot earn or redeem points online at www.malleys.com, on fundraising purchases, in conjunction with bulk discounts, or while shopping with wholesale partners.

Can I use my loyalty rewards with other promotions?

Yes! You can redeem a CHOC Club reward in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated in the fine print of the promotion.

Can I transfer my loyalty points to someone else?

No, CHOC Club points or rewards cannot be transferred.

How long before my loyalty points expire?

Unused points expire 12 months after being credited to a member’s account.

How old do I have to be to participate in the loyalty program?

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the CHOC Club Loyalty Program.

Can I opt out of text messages?

Yes, a loyalty member can opt out of text messages by texting “STOP” at any time. The loyalty member will not receive rewards via text, but the rewards will be available to a member when a member shops. In addition, any communication that may be delivered via text will not be sent to a member who has opted out.

How do I know whether I have a reward waiting?  How do I check my point status?

You can check your reward and point status at any time online.

Will I get a physical reward certificate after getting 200 points?

No, rewards will be delivered by SMS message and can be accessed along with a member’s account activity and point status at any time online. There are two exceptions to this:

(1) if an associate manually enters missed points. The points/reward will appear as earned in the member’s profile, but the automated text will not come.

(2) if the loyalty member has opted out of receiving text messages.

In either of these cases, the rewards will still be available the next time the loyalty member goes to make a purchase.
